She has developed a “thing” for Zimbabwe!

South African multi-award-winning songstress Nkosazana Daughter seems to be developing so much intimacy for her Zimbabwean fans and she is ready to meet and perform for them as she is billed for a tour in the country.

This is the second time for the Mfazi We Phepha hitmaker to tour the country after she toured for three days last year.

On her return, Nkosazana’s Daughter will kick start her tour on Saturday at the Palace Hotel in Bulawayo.

She will travel to Gwanda on the same night for a performance at Phoenix Shisanyama. She will complete her tour on Sunday at Magic Box 2 in Kwekwe.

She will perform with different artistes including Jah Signal, Mzoe7, Tsepiso, Apama, Marosto Fire, DJ Vic Gee, DJ Ayaxx, DJ Keitho, and DJ Tesso on different shows on the tour.

The organiser of the tour, Tapiwa Gandiwa said Nkosazana Daughter commands a massive following across the country, therefore, they saw it fit to organise a tour for her again, so she can meet her legion of fans in different parts of the country.

“Last year we managed to pull a tour for Nkosazana Daughter and all three shows were sold  out, something that proved that she is a force to reckon with and she is a darling to many.

“As such, we then decided to ask her to return again this year with this tour and we believe she will attract as many people as possible as she created several hits this year.

“She has confirmed her participation on the tour as she will arrive in Bulawayo at 2pm ahead of the Palace gig tonight. She will have a chance to see the beauty of Zimbabwe’s landscape as she will travel by road to Gwanda and then to Kwekwe on Saturday and Sunday respectively,” said Gandiwa.

One of the artistes who will share the stage with Nkosazana Daughter, Tsepiso — an AmaPiano sensation who is based in Mzansi said it’s an honour to perform at Palace Hotel on Saturday as it will mark her return home.

“This is my first major booking here at home in Bulawayo and it’s a blessing that at the show I will be sharing the stage with Nkosazana Daughter, a creative artiste who has contributed a lot to the AmaPiano space.

“I feel excited to be returning home in such a huge manner and I am looking forward to having fun tonight as we set the festive tone with this show,” said Tsepiso.

Tsepiso is among the new female voices who made a breakthrough in the AmaPiano genre as she announced her arrival with a song titled Ngingakubonga Ngani featuring Mzansi’s most booked female-AmaPiano sensation MaWhoo as well as Swaziland’s Shinely Greenz.

Fans at Palace Hotel will have a chance to sample and dance to the single which was created by United Kingdom-based DJ Panther.
