What is Zimbabwe CEO’s Network?

THE Zimbabwe CEO’s Network is an exclusive CEO peer group organisation that leads opportunities for learning and development through meetings facilitated by experienced CEO group leaders, targeted one-on-one mentoring, a customised curriculum and focused learning events throughout the year.

Unlike any other CEO and executive peer group organisation, we are truly committed to the success of our members by maintaining a careful membership screening process, selecting only the very best group leaders and cultivating outstanding member commitment.

Our history

Since the 1980s, Zimbabwe has seen some of the greatest businesspeople rise. Many have led some of the best companies within and outside Zimbabwe.

Sadly, we had not done much to harness the wisdom and talent for the benefit of future generations.

Some have transitioned to glory without imparting the much- needed tenets of good business acumen.

Zimbabwe CEO’s Network was born out of the realisation that executive effectiveness was dramatically improved in those rare cases when CEOs met with industry peers.

Inasmuch as CEOs met informally, their industry focus gave CEOs not only outside perspective, but also specific, actionable ideas based on direct, relevant, real-world experience.

Zimbabwe CEO’s Network was launched in 2021 on this principle.

Our mission

Our mission is to help our members and their teams to grow and succeed.

We believe in the power of peer networks to help smart leaders who are committed to continuous learning and improvement to accelerate growth, improve profitability and avoid mistakes by sharing benchmarks, best practices, lessons learned, advice and insights.

We also believe in the power of free markets.

We believe that free-market capitalism has done more to create jobs and prosperity — and ensure democratic freedoms — than any other force in history.

We feel honoured to serve the leaders and stewards of these free-market enterprises.

CEOs and senior business leaders face a multitude of challenges,  and the vast majority care deeply about their employees, customers and communities.

By helping CEOs and business leaders take their companies to the next level, we help you cure, feed, entertain and improve the lives of millions of customers and create jobs and opportunities for millions of employees.
