Pray with thanksgiving

“DO not be anxious about anything. Instead, in every situation, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, tell your requests to God.

And the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 4:6-7

As we stand on the threshold of a new year, let us reflect on the power of prayer.

In moments of anxiety, we are encouraged to turn to God, not just with our requests, but also with a heart full of gratitude.

Throughout 2024, we have experienced both challenges and triumphs.

Each step of the journey has been a testament to God’s unwavering faithfulness. As we close this chapter, let us take a moment to acknowledge the blessings we have received, the lessons learned and the strength we have gained.

As we approach 2025, it is natural to have hopes and dreams for the future.

In our prayers, we can confidently present our requests, knowing that God listens.

May our declarations for the new year be rooted in faith, honouring the promise that God’s peace will guard our hearts and minds.

In the coming year, let us cultivate a spirit of prayer that combines gratitude with our aspirations, remembering that God’s peace surpasses all understanding.

As we pray, let us believe that every request is met with the assurance of His presence and guidance.

Move forward with faith. Embrace each day with renewed faith and a heart full of thankfulness.

Our prayers are not just about asking; they are also a celebration of the relationship we have with our Creator.  Let us carry this mindset into the new year, trusting that every prayer, every petition and every moment of gratitude is heard and cherished.

December is a month to speak into 2025 with faith.

Let there be peace and prosperity in our land.

Zimbabwe will be the breadbasket of Africa.

We continue declaring what we long for.

Wishing you a blessed and peaceful transition into 2025!
