ALL is set for the third Manicaland State University for Applied Sciences graduation ceremony at its Fern Hill campus in Mutare. A total of 153 graduates from different faculties are expected to be capped by MSUAS Chancellor President Emerson Mnangagwa. Graduates from faculties of Engineering, Applied Sciences and Technology, Applied Social Sciences and Agribusiness Management make up the total of 153 that will be capped today. Of the 153 graduates, eight are being conferred with First Class Degrees, three females and five males. The best female graduating student is Gamuchirai Chigaro, who undertook B. Engineering in Metallurgy Honours Degree with 34 distinctions while the best male graduating student is Tinashe Nhapi, who undertook B. Engineering in Mining and Mineral Processing Honours Degree with 33 distinctions. The ceremony is being held under the theme: Advancing sustainable production, industrialisation, and modernisation through research and innovation
