Black Christmas Day for Holy Ten

Conrad Mupesa Mashonaland West Bureau

Hip-hop artist, Holy Ten had to cut short his performance after marauding fans forced him to jump off the stage during his show at Lake Harvest Sports Club on Wednesday evening.

The fans were protesting over a poor performance by the singer. In one of the videos circulating on social media Holy Ten is seen jumping off the stage after fans and imbibers pelted him with beer cans and bottles. His getaway vehicle was also stoned.

“He came here to make jokes on us. We paid to watch him perform not this rubbish,” one fan is heard saying in the video.

It is also said that the musician’s public address system was compromised resulting in his voice being inaudible.

Efforts to get a comment from Holy Ten were futile this morning. Unconfirmed reports suggested that the singer got injured when he jumped from a two-metre-high stage.
