A 41-YEAR-OLD woman from Pumula South suburb in Bulawayo who is facing charges of turning an eight-year-old boy into a sex slave has pleaded not guilty before Western Commonage Court regional magistrate Sibongile Marondedze-Msipa.
Ntombiyosizi Ndlovu was remanded out of custody to 23 February 2023 on $40 000 bail for continuation of trial.
In her defence she said she never got in between the sheets with the juvenile adding that there was no way she could do that as she viewed him as her child.
She further said on the day she is alleged to have abused the teenager there were people at home hence it was impossible for her to be with the minor boy in her bedroom.
The minor is, however, insisting that he was called by the woman in question to her bedroom and she touched his manhood before they allegedly engaged in sex.
The boy further alleged that from that day he started to have sex with her on countless occasions.
Allegations against Ndlovu are that sometime in December she saw the boy playing with his friends outside his home and instantly lusted for him.
She then called him to help her read a WhatsApp message on her phone.
The unsuspecting minor rushed to assist. Ndlovu walked the boy into her bedroom where she locked the door to avoid interruptions.
The court heard that she stripped the boy naked and started playing with his manhood and also sucked it.
She went on to have sex with him and that was to be the start of the many sexual encounters that ended in shame for the woman.
After the boy had been robbed of his innocence, he allegedly started frequenting Ndlovuโs house for sex and that ended up raising his grandmotherโs suspicions.
The seemingly suspicious grandmother then questioned her grandson, and her worst fears were confirmed when the boy narrated the ordeal to her.
The worried and concerned granny reported the incident to the police leading to Ndlovu’s arrest.
