NO one to trust anymore!
These words must have run through the mind of a 42-year-old woman from Montgomery plots in Bulawayo after her 10-year-old daughter reported that her grandfather had allegedly fondled her private parts before forcing her to watch pornography with her.
As if that was not enough the grandfather is also reported to have forced the minor girl to touch his manhood.
The incident happened when the minor girl had visited her mother at their plot where the grandfather later invited her to his bedroom.
While in the bedroom he asked her to sit on his lap.
“He then gave her his cellphone so that she could play games and the minor girl agreed. Upon setting her eyes on the phone she was greeted by an adult video.
“The depraved grandfather touched his granddaughter’s private parts and sweet-talked her so that she could also touch his manhood while promising to give her US$1. The minor girl went on to touch it and repeatedly played with it,” said the source.
His sickening behaviour was, however, interrupted by another child who had been sent to fetch clothes so that they could be washed.
Upon seeing what was happening and that the grandfather’s jewels were hanging loosely outside an unzipped pair of trousers, the child made a U-turn and sprinted to her grandmother and mother of the child and reported the incident.
The girl’s disturbed mother reported the incident to the police leading to the arrest of the 70-year-old man.
He is set to appear in court.
Bulawayo police spokesperson Inspector Abednico Ncube confirmed the incident.
