RECENTLY promoted 22-year-old Highlanders fullback Talent Dube has admitted the necessity of the break this weekend, as it will only be the Chibuku Super Cup semi-final matches which will take place this weekend.
Bosso have been struggling to carve out maximum points from their recent matches, they have collected three points from a possible 15. Dube said that it is necessary that the team takes a break to make a stronger return.
“We have not been having a good run, it is clear, but that does not mean that we are not a good team. I still believe we are one of the best if not the best in the country, but we just have to keep our heads held high and keep on believing. I think to a certain point, the break was necessary, it gives us even individually something to think about, and I strongly believe that we will bounce back,” said Dube.
He is yet to make an appearance for the team since his promotion from Bosso90 in August.
Bosso will play host to Caps United at Barbourfields Stadium in their next league match next week as they try to regain their luck.
